#1 Concrete, Stone, and Masonry Sealing in Roanoke, TX

I was at this house in Roanoke, TX doing a driveway washing and patio cleaning. After I had completed those jobs, I asked the customer if she would like her concrete sealed. This is a clear layer sprayed over the surface that protects it from freeze/thaw cycle, as well as organics or other stains that may get into the concrete. This sealing sprays on clear so it doesn't change the appearance of the surface. It looks as if nothing is there. When water or any other liquid gets onto the surface, it will bead up and not allow the liquid to penetrate the surface. This prevents stains and organic growth.

First the surface is cleaned thoroughly so we are not sealing any dirt or organic growth into the concrete. We rinse and wait til it is completely dry. Once dry we apply the sealant evenly over the whole surface. After the sealant is dry (about 6 hours depending on temperature), it is ready to start protecting your surface. This is a great addition to a cleaning and will help keep your surface clean and protected.
